I've been a Route Salesman for IBC Wonder / Hostess for 30 years now and will soon retire in 2011. Being married over 32 years I've always tried to make a plan and work my plan. My wife told me I could buy my dream car after we got married but my plan was to buy a house have a kid than buy my Corvette. I did just that, in 1984 my 3 year old daughter and I would go looking for my dream car. We found a bad ass 1977 Black on Black coupe with Hooker Headers and Chrome Side Pipes. I was not in a club but long time friend Sam Mack had a 1968 coupe and we would hang out. Funny thing about us we had to ride with car seats. In 2006 Sam introduced me to the Chosen Few Vette Club of Columbus. We would travel on road trips with them and the guys and Sheila treated my wife and I like members. In 2008 Royce Martin and Thurman Lester had a vision which was a Cleveland Chapter of The Chosen Few. We kicked it around a bit and I met Stan Neal, Alex Wade, and Steve Davis and rest is history. We Officially became a club in September 2008. Now when we get together with the Columbus Chapter I often say to myself WOW THIS IS FUN !
